The unique and enhanced Voice control has six different channels - Clean Warm, Clean Bright, Crunch, Super Crunch, OD 1, OD 2. When used together with Blackstar's patented ISF control you can get the exact tone you're thinking of.
The patented ISF control works with the Bass, Middle and Treble controls to give you access to infinite new sound possibilities from the USA to the UK and everywhere in-between.
Architect software
The all-new Blackstar Architect software is the interface for controlling and customising many of the advanced features of upcoming Blackstar products. Architect is available for both PC and Mac, and has been developed from the ground up to be compatible with the latest and future operating systems, including Mac OS Catalina and Big Sur.

The effects section of ID:CORE delivers studio quality modulation with octave, reverb and delay simultaneously all with the ability to store and come back to. Each effect has four variations based upon classic and boutique effects.
Built-in Looper
The built-in looper provides both live performance and personal home practice options for players of all skill levels. Whether playing live as a solo artist or as the lone guitarist in a power duo (or trio), the simple and intuitive looper helps you to achieve a stage-filling, multiple track sound at the press of a footswitch (included), with unlimited overdubs. At home – whether practicing, writing or recording – the looper provides the ability to practice timing, rhythm and lead without a full band environment, and the Voice, EQ and Effects settings can be independently changed between each overdub. Simple undo and clear functions complete the package.
Polyphonic Octaver
Hear the evolution of the ID:CORE’s effects section by creating a new Chorus-Flanger effect or make way for the new polyphonic Octaver. Create everything from thundering detuned lows with the Octave Down to a shimmering 12-string effect with the Octave Up, or even a polyphonic wall of sound with a personal mix of anywhere in-between. The Effects Level control provides a Mix between your original guitar tone and the octave sounds, from all original pitch to octave only.
